Brewer Morris have been instructed on a Treasury Analyst position for a globally recognised FTSE business based in Central London.

The responsibilities of the role are:

  • Manage the liquidity requirements of the group and its subsidiaries ensuring appropriate access to cash and the utilisation of excess funds
  • Managing central cash pool arrangements and supporting regional cash pool owners
  • Daily management of the Group's foreign exchange rate risk and liquidity
  • Perform the in-house bank operations to subsidiaries
  • Primary point of contact for Back Office function queries in relation to confirmations, payments and accounting
  • Provide treasury advice to the businesses, Group Finance, Group Tax and Business Performance
  • Act as the first line cover for Treasury Front Office
  • Support the development of the treasury management system
  • Maintain and develop the control environment for the dealing function including audit and non-audit reports
  • Maintain all intercompany loan documentation
  • Support treasury project leads with ad hoc Treasury projects (M&A, Corporate Finance, systems etc)
  • Provide support to Treasury Risk Manager in relation to FX advice for business units

The relevant candidate will have:

  • Degree level education
  • Part qualified ACT/ACCA
  • Finance experience within large international businesses and specifically within Group Treasury Function (middle office experience)
  • Previous Treasury system experience required
  • Good understanding of corporate risk management techniques and products
