Interim Tax Manager job for an in-house tax team, full remote working within the UK.
Joining a Head of Tax and a small tax team, in a very interesting industry, this role is for a 6-7 months period, and so will take you through to the summer of 2021.
Due to the current covid working situation, this role will be entirely remote working.
In brief the key duties will involved:
- Preparing and reviewing the 2020 corporate tax returns using Alphatax - 15 holding companies and 4 trading companies.
- Preparing the quarterly VAT return for the UK and Intrastat reports.
- Working on a OneSource implementation project.
- Tax provisioning duties using OneSource Tax Provisioning (OTP).
- Interim reporting
T be considered for this role you will have UK corporate tax compliance and review experience, preferably at an experienced Manager or Senior Manager level, and you will have advanced Excel experience to include: V-Looks Ups, H-Looks Ups, SUM-Ups and Pivot tables. It is an advantage to have both Alphatax and OneSource experience, but having just one of these software's is acceptable. You will be able to work autonomously so that the Head of Tax can carry out a high level review of the work completed.
