Indirect tax project requires an experienced Indirect Tax Manager or VAT Manager for this tax job in London.
The initial period of this role is for 3 months and is to start as soon as possible. The purpose of the 3 months project is to make headway in some of the crucial areas facing indirect tax at present, and these include:
- To assist in delivering the Brexit plan, and with particular reference to the plan from a "no deal" perspective. This will involve close business partnering and advising the business from an indirect tax perspective.
- Looking at the indirect tax processes and controls by reviewing these and documenting. Once the analysis has been completed, the next stage is to make recommendations on improvements and then implementing these improvements.
- Assisting in ad hoc queries from the business on indirect tax.
To be considered for this role you will be immediately available or soon to be available and have indirect tax experience which has covered process and controls analysis and improvements. Advisory indirect tax experience is also essential.
