In-house employment tax role requires an experienced Employment Tax Senior Manager or Manager.
Interim employment tax in-house jobs do not come along often, and rarely as interesting as this Consultant role, therefore it is an opportunity to be seized!
Reporting to the Head of Tax, this is an initial 5 months project based role, utilising the employment tax experience you have gained through practice and/or in-house. Highlighting the flexibility of this company, the position can be based from either their London or Bristol offices.
The fundamental objective of this project is to evaluate the current employment tax processes, which are carried out across the HR, payroll, finance and tax teams; and to recommend structure, process, controls and governance to this area of tax. You will also be asked to bring "up to date" employment tax offerings to the business.
To be successful in this position, you will enjoy evaluating processes and identifying, presenting and working through recommendations for change and improvement.
Employment tax experience from the UK is essential and to be at a mid-Management/senior Management level, in order to demonstrate the ability to communicate with different stakeholders and to make senior decisions and presentations.
